Scope

This policy covers thecryptodepartment.com, the company website of The Crypto Department, operated by The Crypto Department. Each service we offer (for example, CryptoPostage) runs on its own site and has its own privacy policy describing the data that service needs to operate. This page covers only the company site.

What this site collects

This site is informational. It has no accounts, no forms that store data, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds. It does not set cookies.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

Email

If you email us at support@cryptopostage.xyz, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up. We do not add you to any mailing list. If you ask to be notified about a service launch, we keep your address for that single purpose and delete it after the notification is sent.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email) or when required by law.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@cryptopostage.xyz.
